Safety
Unfortunately, there are several travel cribs on the market that come out of the test as unsafe. Fortunately, our travel cribs have been safely tested by both our ANWB and the German 'ADAC'. To ensure ultimate safety and comfort for your child, we have chosen to rent/sell only car travel cribs from the well-known Spanish brand Jané. Our Jané travel cribs meet the latest safety requirements of the "European Regulation for Car Safety", ECE 44/04.
An ECE certificate indicates that a product meets the minimum requirements. The test results of the ADAC are always leading with us. All Jané travel cribs are found to be safe during the important crash test by the ADAC (frontal and side impacts). In fact, the quality of our travel cribs is so high that they come out of the test as one of the very best car seats on the market. Reiswieg.nl further collects all frontal/side crash Newton measurements (with dummies) taken in a car seat/carry crib including measurements for the baby's neck.

Our dummy test we did in 2014 is the ADAC Q1 (dummy of 1 year ). ADAC does its crash test at a speed of 64km per hour (frontal and sideways). The standard ECE 44/04 test is only measured frontally at a speed of 50km per hour. On top of that, ADAC occasionally rejects some ECE 44/04 car seats or travel cribs and labels them as unsafe. With us, the car seats and travel cribs are approved!
The Jane Matrix Light 2 is safe: see below the ADAC figures during the crash test. Also note the difference in combination with isofix. You can clearly see here that isofix is the safest.
Baby's neck safety margin
All crash tests for baby's neck fall within the safety margin if it does not exceed a and b. This applies to both the car seat and the carrycot.

B. Frontal impact (collision): safe up to Newton 3000 (30kg weight)
It used to be that the impact without isofix did not come out below the N600. With isofix it does! Reiswieg.nl is the only party in the Netherlands that publishes these figures.

The safety and health of the child is paramount. We regularly obtain information from TASS Automotive (TNO) in Helmond and the ADAC. We then pass on our information back to the ANWB, Ministry of Infrastructure and Environment and Veiligheid.nl.
