Shipping and delivery

You can pick up your order yourself at our place, or have it delivered via PostNL or DPD. If you choose delivery of your order, you can track your order online via Track & Trace. We will be happy to keep you informed:

The order

You will receive the order confirmation by e-mail at the e-mail address you provided.

Shipping

You will receive the shipping confirmation by e-mail. After the package leaves our distribution center, you can track it via your PostNL tracking code on the PostNL website.(www.tracktrace.nl). You will find this code in the shipping confirmation. PostNL Parcelshop search.

We also ship via DPD Netherlands. You can track your package at https://www.dpd.com/nl(here you can also find Parcelshops)

Delivery and not being home
You will receive the time interval by email so you know exactly what time the letter carrier will come to you. The letter carrier may deliver your product to your neighbors or to a pearl shop. You can also contact the delivery man yourself. The letter carrier always leaves a message when they have stopped by.

Shipping costs
 

All products at "Buy" include shipping if you spend over €20. 

If you stay under 20€ you can only pick it up in Amsterdam.
