Reflection period on purchase

Still not happy with your purchase? Then you have fourteen days, after receipt of your product, to cancel your purchase. The condition of the purchased product must be as original/original as possible. So feel free to inspect the product as you would in the store.

If the customer does more with the product than evaluating it (to see if he wants to keep it) and that this causes damage to the product, the customer is liable for this decrease in value. The customer may evaluate/use the products as in a store.

Reflection period when renting

Rental of products falls under service. The right of withdrawal expires after 14 days from the conclusion of the contract. If the service (the product) has already been used and you decide to withdraw, you must pay for the part used, in other words the part already rented.

Waive the purchase?

Als u van uw aankoop af wilt zien laat het ons dan aub weten per email op klantenservice@reiswieg.nl of via het modelformulier. Nadat u ons schriftelijk heeft laten weten dat u afziet van de aankoop bent u verplicht het product binnen veertien (14) dagen te retourneren. U ontvangt van ons de confirmatie-mail na ontvangst product “afzien aankoop”.

Refund period

U ontvangt uw geld meestal binnen 5 werkdagen, maar uiterlijk binnen 14 dagen na ontbinding terug op uw rekening.
Reiswieg.nl keert uit wanneer het product binnen is of wanneer de klant heeft aangetoond het product te hebben verzonden. Wij betalen u terug met hetzelfde betaalmiddel als waarmee u de oorspronkelijke transactie heeft verricht, tenzij u uitdrukkelijk anderszins heeft ingestemd; in ieder geval zullen u voor zulke terugbetaling geen kosten in rekening worden gebracht.

Who bears what costs?

The customer will be refunded the full amount he/she paid Reiswieg.nl for the product, including any (standard) shipping costs for return shipment. The customer must pay for the return shipping costs himself. Up to 10 kg, PostNL charges € 6.95 and between 10kg and 20kg € 13.75.
