Exchanges and returns

Are you unexpectedly not satisfied with the product, or are there defects in the product you bought or rented? If so, we will do everything in our power to make it right.

What to expect from us:

  • The customer is king.
  • We don't bother if you have neatly complied with the conditions.
  • You do not need to provide a reason (but preferably, with that we may be able to improve/change something).
  • When exchanging: your new product within two working days already at home. If you come to exchange it yourself, in most cases it can be done the same day.
  • Upon return: You will receive your money back to your account usually within 5 working days, but at the latest within 14 days after dissolution.

Wrong product delivered

Should it happen that you receive a different product than you ordered, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service department within 5 working days of receiving your order, stating your name and order number.

Reflection period on purchase

If the customer does more with the product than evaluating it (to see if it wants to be kept) and that this causes damage to the product, the customer is liable for this decrease in value. The customer may evaluate and use the products as in a store.

Reflection period when renting

Rental of products falls under service. The right of withdrawal expires after 14 days from the conclusion of the contract. If the service (the product) has already been used and you decide to withdraw, you must pay for the part used, in other words the part already rented.

Waive the purchase?

You have a 14-day cooling-off period after you receive the product.

If you wish to abandon your purchase please let us know by email at klantenservice@reiswieg.nl or via the model form. After you have notified us in writing that you are waiving the purchase you are required to return the product within fourteen (14) days. You will receive the confirmation email from us after receiving "abandon purchase".

The customer may also return a product without notification but then the customer is required to enclose a statement that it is a return (such as the model form and/or own form).

Some products fall under the exceptions. You cannot return those.

Refund period

As soon as possible, at the latest within 14 days of cancellation.
Reiswieg.co.uk will refund when the product is in or when the customer has demonstrated that the product has been shipped.We will refund you using the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for such refunds.

Who bears what costs?

The customer will be refunded the full amount he/she paid Reiswieg.nl for the product, including any (standard) shipping costs for return shipment. The customer must pay for the return shipping costs himself. Up to 10 kg, PostNL charges €6.95 and between 10kg and 20kg €13.75.
